Week one of my workout exchange is complete. I quickly learned when you mix up your routine, you need to plan ahead, so I added all my workouts into my Trello boards. Love that tool. I’ve been using Trello to keep track of my projects for work and home, but never added in a workout schedule. I simply pulled up the app on my phone at the gym and could quickly see what I needed to tackle! It was really helpful. Now on to week two!
